The frame was sitting around my LBS for quite some time and I decided to build it up. Frame is size L which is good for anyone 510-63. The frame has a couple small scratches from laying around the shop but they are barely noticeable. The only used parts are the stem and seat post. I can swap the tires to something else if preferred.
